Module 4: CAPABLE
"Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in, and day out."
~ Robert Collier ~
ABOUT THIS MODULE
Take time to realise your capabilities and own all of them.
In this module you'll explore your strengths and capabilities a little deeper.
You can do things differently, build your capabilities further, be agile and adaptable. It's about finding your Zone of Genius, and checking your commitment to living up to your remarkable self.
Being capable is being able to achieve whatever you want to do (efficiently and effectively, or just kind of getting there).
You'll uncover aspects of yourself that you sometimes forget or suppress as you explore the Light Shadow realising that we are complex and complicated, and...
"We can travel the world over, but we take ourselves with us."
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson ~
This exploration is not about judging what you are in terms of good or bad, right or wrong, but rather evaluating and analysing so that you have more information to make a decision, any decision, especially ones about who you want to be and how you want to live, work and love.
Consider your idea of success, what does that look and feel like? How will you know when you're hitting your milestones on your life plan, and how will you know if that is still who you want to be and what you want to do?
Don't let perfection or procrastination be the boulders in your smooth path to a remarkable life. Keep taking action consistently, different action, "small efforts, repeated day in and day out".
Give yourself a pat on the back!
Enjoy

JOURNALING
Here are some prompts to help you journal about being capable.
Your entries can be as short or long as you like. The prompts are there to help you think differently, deeper and broader.
After each of the exercises and practices try writing how you feel, and what you think. Or answer some of these questions:
- What am I capable of? What do I want to be capable of?
- Is the dream I am pursuing my idea of success? How will I know when I succeed? How will I feel? What will my success look like?
- Where have I experienced growing my capability and succeeding? How can I use those experiences to adapt to my new remarkable way of being?
- What stops me from acknowledging how capable I am? Why or how do I deflect from accepting praise for my capabilities?
- What do I need to become more capable of to get closer to my remarkable life?
- What habits, thinking, and beliefs do I need to adapt to become a more capable me?

Let people know something great about you. - The Light Shadow

PRACTICES
Time to STARFISH up!
Exercise 1
Go to this link HERE, and watch Amy Cuddy's TED talk (watch it again if you've already watched it in Module 3). Draw a little reminder to "WONDER WOMAN" or "SUPERMAN" on 3 post it notes, and stick them around your house or office where you will see them frequently.
Every time you see one of the notes, stand up straight, feet slightly wider than hip width, hands on hips, chin up, and your vertical core in alignment. Get grounded (HOME), put your light globe on, think and feel WONDER WOMAN or SUPERMAN for 2 minutes. Try and get this practice in 3 times a day.
And certainly do it before a big event or meeting - even if you have to go into a bathroom for privacy.
- This moment is enough
Exercise 2
Listen to the meditation. Explore how you feel about the present moment being enough. Does your mind always seek more - always dwelling on the future - what's next? Does your mind grasp at more - always dwelling in the past, trying to hold on to what just happened?
The present moment is enough.
Journal what comes up for you.
